This simple but delicious recipe is a must try! With Chibundiro spices, you dont have to do much to get that irresistible flavour
Ingredients
- Omena
- 1 Onion
- 1 capsicum (hoho)
- 2 tomatoes
- Chibundiro (hot)
Method
- Thoroughly wash your omena with warm water and keep aside
- Chop the onion, capsicum and tomatoes (all diced)
- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in the pan for few minutes
- Add the omena and let it cook till it becomes brown
- Add the onion and cook for few minutes
- Add the capsicum
- After few minutes, add tomatoes and cover to let them mash
- Once they are fully mashed, add your dhania
- When it’s fully cooked, add hot chili Chibundiro to spice it up
