Ingredients
1 & 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3 & 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon Siri ya Chai
1 tablespoon white sugar
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 egg
1 1/4 cups milk/water
A pinch of salt
Method
1: Sift together flour, Siri ya Chai, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a large bowl
2: Whisk in melted butter, egg, and milk/water until combined
3: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Pour batter/oil into the hot pan [about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake]
4: Cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until bubbles appear on the sides and center of each pancake.
5: Flip and cook until golden, about 1 to 2 minutes
6: Garnish with your favourite topping(s). [Syrup, honey, whipped cream etc.]
