Chibundiro’s Pita with bacon and eggs recipe
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 2 slices cooked bacon
- 2 tablespoon Chibundiro with or without chilli
- 1 mini pita bread, warmed and halved
- 1 Kraft singles, cut into halves
Method
- Beat eggs in a microwavable bowl, stir in bacon and chibundiro
- Microwave on High 1 min. to. 1 min. 12 sec or until egg is almost set, stirring after 45 secs
- Fill pita with singles and egg mixture
